Conveyancing Assistant Duties: Key duties include: Working closing with lawyers to run case files Day-to-day administration of the case files, ensuring that the matter progresses and the client is updated Dealing with clients by telephone and email, recognising their individual needs and expectations Liaising with other professionals and institutions, such as Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Completing relevant documentation, for example SDLT returns and associated documents Using both general IT packages, (MS Office) and our specialist Conveyancing software and case management system (Leap) Drafting simple legal documents, (under supervision) Any other general office duties The ideal ..... full job details .....
