      <description>Location: Milton Keynes | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Due to an increase in business, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their small, friendly team.You will be working alongside a Conveyancer - and will be working closely with your clients on a wide range of conveyancing matters.On a day-to-day basis you will :Assist with quotes and set up files for new conveyancing mattersIssue clients with necessary forms and assist with their completionApply for searchesDeal with enquiries on sales and purchasing mattersDiarise and chase matters as necessaryUse the Land Registry portal to obtain Land Registry documents and Title Deeds as applicableProvide professional telephone support and email support to clientsWork with third parties including solicitors, estate agents and lenders to progress mattersTake/request payments from clients Prepare accounts for all receipts and paymentsPrepare files for exchange of contractsPrepare files for completionDeal with post completion mattersKeep the case management system up to dateKeep physical files up to dateWe are looking for candidates who have been working in a conveyancing team for a minimum of one year.Due to the large number of responses we receiv...</description>
