Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.This is a great opportunity for a law graduate, or candidates with good customer service experience to take their first step into the busy world of conveyancing.The role:To support Conveyancing teamTo liaise with the Assistant Manager to establish daily responsibilitiesTo attend office/department meetings and training sessions as requiredTo perform daily tasks which include:-Filing of post, e-mails and filesProduction of work using MattersphereTaking telephone messages and liaising with clients and third parties as appropriateChecking and working in accordance with task list and key dates remindersTo provide cover for other paralegals during their absenceMeeting clients and arranging appointmentsManagement of departmental diary appointments and meeting room availabilityThe Person:Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detailPleasant manner, flexible and co-operativePleasant telephone mannerAbility to work on own initiative, under pressure and take responsibility for quality of workGood time management skillsExcellent client careGood typing skillsFlexibility in support of other members of staffDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
