The Role As a Conveyancing Assistant / Case Handler, you will provide vital support to a Conveyancer and assist with the efficient progression of residential property transactions. Key responsibilities will include: Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients and corporate referrers Supporting a Conveyancer to achieve conversion, service and performance targets Managing electronic and paper-based files and carrying out a range of administrative duties Chasing clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties for outstanding information and documentation Chasing funds from ..... full job details .....
