Within this role you''ll help provide effective conveyancing services and ensure the process runs smoothly. Typical duties include: Manage client and third-party communications. Prepare conveyancing documents and quotes. Handle preliminary matters for cases. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Provide administrative support, including calls and emails. The successful candidate will have: A recent law graduate or previous experience working in a law firm. Proficiency in legal IT systems. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. A proactive and team-oriented approach.
