Conveyancing AssistantBirkenhead/Hybrid A well established law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property team. The firm is open to candidates across a range of experience levels, from junior assistants through to more experienced conveyancing support professionals. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment where you will gain hands on experience across the full conveyancing process while working closely with experienced fee earners.The Role You will support the conveyancing team with the smooth progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Depending on your level of experience, you will take responsibility for a variety of administrative and transactional tasks while developing your knowledge of the conveyancing process. Responsibilities may include: - Opening new files and processing memorandum of sale from estate agents - Obtaining title documents and Land Registry information - Preparing contract packs for sale transactions - Ordering searches and Land Registry searches on purchase matters - Requesting mortgage redemption statements - Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties - Handling incoming calls and providing updates to clients where required - Coordinating exchange of contracts and assisting with completion arrangements - Preparing completion statements and completion documentation - Reviewing search results, mortgage offers ..... full job details .....
