Description
- Assist in preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all conveyancing matters.
- Utilise IT systems to track progress on cases and manage deadlines effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding their queries and provide updates on their transactions.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for the conveyancing team.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.
Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an office setting is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
