Looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Trainee Conveyancer to join a leading North East Law Firm. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress and have their own files under supervision from qualified members of the team

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in the preparation and completion of legal documents related to property transactions
• Conduct property searches, draught contracts, and handle post-completion matters
• Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
• Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures

• Relevant qualification in law or conveyancing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
