Conveyancing Assistant

Clayton Legal are proud to be working with a well-established regional law firm in Keighley who due to their continued success and growth, are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their successful team.

The Conveyancing Assistant role will involve assisting Residential Conveyancers on their caseloads at various stages of the files, with caseloads consisting of Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity to name a few.

You will be supporting a conveyancing fee earner and providing assistance across the department in times of absence.

Duties to include but not limited to:-

- Typing

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls Assisting the conveyancing process

- Making applications via Land Registry portal

- Filing and general administration duties

The ideal Conveyancing Assistant must have at least 18 months Conveyancing experience and an understanding of the full Conveyancing process including Sale and Purchase.

Salary on offer is dependent on previous experience ranging between £24,5k-£27k DOE. An immediate start is available
