These roles play a crucial part of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, development, and excellent client service.Key Responsibilities:Submitting SDLT returns and AP1sScheduling deeds and reconciling accountsClosing completed files and managing other post-completion formalitiesPreparing and finalising Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applicationsDealing with the discharge of registered chargesPreparing final invoices where requiredSupporting the Residential Property team with high-quality administrative assistanceConducting relevant legal research and contributing to business objectivesProducing reports and updates as directed by the Head of DepartmentManaging workload independently with minimal supervisionMeeting individual and team targetsUndertaking additional reasonable duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detailPrevious experience in conveyancing or post-completion work (preferred)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environmentA proactive, self-motivated team playerExcellent communication and time management skillsFamiliarity with legal technology and case management systems ..... full job details .....
