Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Hailsham office in East Sussex. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department, assisting with various administrative tasks related to property transactions. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in the legal field, particularly in property law. Please note that this is an office-based role; to be considered for this role candidates will need to be able to commute to Hailsham. Responsibilities Assist conveyancers in preparing and processing legal documents related to property transactions. Conduct property searches and gather relevant information for clients. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure smooth communication. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and up to date. Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the conveyancing process.
