Applications are welcome from solicitors with 1+ years'' PQE, including more experienced candidates. The role will primarily involve the sale of recovered properties on behalf of lenders and financial institutions, with opportunities to handle related property disputes, title rectification and real estate litigation. Litigation experience would be useful but is not essential. Strong conveyancing knowledge and the ability to progress matters independently are key.
