This role involves managing various administrative tasks within our case management system, ensuring efficient handling of conveyancing processes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Opening and managing files within our case management system (One Advanced). Preparing contract papers and client care letters to be sent to solicitors. Handling administrative tasks related to online verification (Thirdfort) and liaising with clients regarding the source of funds. Preparing files between exchange and completion, including the preparation and submission of completion statements to solicitors with settlement statements to clients. Arranging payment slips on completion and providing status updates to both solicitors and clients.
