Job Title: Conveyancing AdministratorLocation: Milton Keynes I am currently working with a well-established and busy law firm in Milton Keynes that is looking to appoint an Administrator to support its Conveyancing team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to gain exposure within a legal environment. The role is integral to the smooth running of the office and would suit an organised, proactive individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.You will provide day-to-day administrative and office support to paralegals, team leaders, and the wider office team, ensuring that both client-facing and back-office functions operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Collecting incoming post and allocating it to the relevant sub-teamsSorting, scanning, and filing mail into the correct electronic and physical foldersDealing with ad-hoc post and deliveries received in the officeProcessing outgoing mail and ensuring post is sent dailyAnswering intercoms and greeting clients in a professional mannerAssisting clients to meeting rooms, announcing their arrival, and offering refreshmentsPreparing and maintaining meeting roomsAssisting with general administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, and data entryLocating and retrieving files for team leaders as requiredProviding administrative support to paralegals, the Office Manager, and other staffCreating forms and assisting with ..... full job details .....
