The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of transactional leasehold matters, including: • Lease Extensions  • Collective Enfranchisements  • Deeds of Variation  • Licences  • Residential property transactions  • Advising internal stakeholders on leasehold and property matters  • Liaising with external solicitors, surveyors and other professional advisers  • Supporting junior members of the legal team where required  • Maintaining accurate case records and progressing matters efficiently  • Assisting with wider property-related legal work as required  Requirements • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer  • Strong experience handling transactional leasehold matters  • Experience with Lease Extensions, Collective Enfranchisements and Deeds of Variation  • Solid background in re...
