The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 50 files maximum workload.  Main duties: Proficiently deal with all legal matters regarding conveyancing including residential sale/purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage, lease and bridging finance. Provide information and assistance to junior members of conveyancing team and support staff including where appropriate training, coaching and mentoring. Effectively manage your own caseload Adhere to SRA regulations including SRA accounts rules Assist the Head of Conveyancing and Managing Director with recruiting and inducting junior fee earners and support team members.
