This company is a reputable law firm based in Lutterworth, seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Conveyancer. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your duties will include: Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documentation. Providing high-quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience working as a Conveyancer within a reputable law firm. Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently ad meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
