Residential Conveyancer (NQ - 2 Years PQE) Location: Birmingham (Office Based)Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + BonusHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Birmingham. This is an office-based position suited to a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with up to 2 years'' post-qualification experience looking to develop their career within a supportive residential property team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on purchases. Previous experience handling purchase transactions is essential. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Managing purchase transactions independently. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties. Reviewing contracts, searches, title documents, and mortgage offers. Requirements NQ to 2 years PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer. Essential experience handling residential purchases. Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
