Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer - Quality Work - Hybrid Working available

Fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established law firm who are looking to add a Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer to their team. The ideal candidate is going to be someone who has gained at least 2-3 years of experience as a Conveyancer and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the Conveyancing process. The company are based on the Wirral, so the successful candidate will need to be able to commute there. As the Conveyancer, you will be working under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer and dealing with conveyancing transactions from start to finish. You will be dealing with multiple types of transactions, including: Leasehold, Freehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-Statutory lease extensions. Alongside the Senior Conveyancer, you will also help develop the Conveyancing Assistant in the team. However, as the Senior Conveyancer, you will need to have extensive knowledge and experience as a Conveyancer. You will also be heading up a team of 3, working alongside and supervising a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant. You will be responsible for allocating the work within your team, whilst being aware and involved with business development. Salary for a Conveyancer would be between £34,000 - £38,000 + Benefits. However, the salary for a Senior Conveyancer would fall between £38,000 - £44,000 + Benefits. The company also have the option to work from home by arrangement.
