The Senior Conveyancer will be:

Managing a full mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases and unregistered titles (capped to 50-60 live matters)Providing technical support and supervision to junior team membersEnsuring compliance with regulatory and quality standardsLeading due diligence and title investigation processesLiaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third partiesMeeting monthly targets and driving operational improvementsEscalating complex issues and ensuring timely resolutionParticipating in process refinement and team trainingProfile

The Senior Conveyancer should be:
