Overview Gillespie Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established legal services organisation as they expand their Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing department in a senior capacity, managing a varied caseload while supporting team development and contributing to continued business growth. The Conveyancer Role As a Senior Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You will also play a key role in maintaining high client service standards and supporting the wider team. Key responsibilities as a Conveyancer: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish Handling freehold and leasehold matters, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and referrers Contributing to business development and networking activity About You Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in residential conveyancing Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner Strong technical knowledge of UK residential property law Proven ..... full job details .....
