Residential Conveyancer/Property Lawyer Axminster, Devon Qualified and Non-Qualified Candidates Welcome The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join a successful law firm in Axminster. Qualified and non-qualified conveyancers are encouraged to apply. The firm will also consider experienced fee earners currently studying towards a conveyancing qualification and can offer support with your continued development. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Buy-to-let and residential investment properties Remortgages and refinancing New build conveyancing Transfers of equity and joint ownership Probate and matrimonial property sales Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly. About You You should have at least 2 years'' experience in residential conveyancing and be confident managing your own caseload. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified Residential Conveyancers. Support is available for those working towards a relevant conveyancing qualification.
