This is an ideal role for an experienced conveyancer looking for a part-time position (3 days a week) within a friendly, supportive and collaborative team. You will be working alongside a team of 2 excellent Conveyancers, with scope for the role to develop into a full-time position if desired as well as fantastic flexible and hybris working arrangements.ResponsibilitiesManage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionHandle a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesProvide a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing processBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other third partiesWork effectively within a busy, target-driven environmentUtilise case management systems to manage files efficiently and accuratelyCollaborate closely with colleagues while receiving ongoing support where requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience working within a Residential Conveyancing departmentConfident managing your own ..... full job details .....
