You will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, from instruction through to post-completion, while working as part of a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equityPrepare and review contracts and undertake all necessary searchesLiaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other partiesEnsure deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and complianceIdentify cross-referral opportunities across departmentsContribute to business development and client relationship managementAbout You:Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyExcellent communication and client care skillsStrong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approachConfident working ..... full job details .....
