We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to play a key role in growing and developing our conveyancing offering in the Crawley and Gatwick area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and being part of a firm with strong local roots. The Opportunity This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. You can be based from Crawley or Gatwick, with flexibility to work from home and attend the office as required. You will have the opportunity to help build and shape a conveyancing department, develop local business relationships, and become a trusted name in the residential property market around Gatwick and West Sussex. Key Responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Handling: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build and shared ownership matters Re-mortgages Lease extensions Equity release transactions Providing a high standard of client care and clear communication throughout the transaction Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other professionals Supporting business development and the growth of the conveyancing offering in the Gatwick area About ..... full job details .....
