Matters will include:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesBuy-to-let and residential investment transactionsRemortgages and refinancing workNew build conveyancingTransfers of equity and joint ownership mattersProbate and matrimonial related property salesHelp to Buy and Shared Ownership schemesYou will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient progression of files.Candidate Requirements To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you should have:A minimum of 2 years'' experience in residential conveyancingProven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independentlyFormal qualifications are not essential.
