Joining a highly regarded residential property team, you will take responsibility for managing your own varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Handling a broad range of residential transactions, you will provide clear, practical legal advice, draft and review key legal documentation including contracts, transfer deeds and statutory declarations and ensure clients receive a proactive, efficient service throughout the transaction. You''ll also work closely with colleagues across the team, assisting with more complex matters where required while helping to maintain the firm''s exceptional standards of client care.
