Our fantastic client is looking for an experienced Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Conveyancing for the residential property sector. The role is a hybrid position but will report into their offices in Farnborough and would suit a fee earner who can manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Your duties in the role would be as follows
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and property searches to identify any potential issues.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
- Stay updated on changes in property law and industry best practices.
