You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, covering sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered titles, and plot sales.You’ll be supported by an experienced assistant, alongside a wider team of conveyancers and fee earners across both offices.About the role

This role has come about as part of the firm’s ongoing growth and team reshaping, with a steady pipeline of new instructions already in place. With both offices located on the high street, there’s strong walk-in business alongside repeat clients and referrals, giving you a reliable workload without the need for heavy business development.This is a permanent, office-based role in Highcliffe, with hybrid working considered on a case-by-case basis. The firm has around 20 employees, including three partners and a consultant, with a collaborative and non-corporate culture that prioritises quality service and client care.Requirements

Be an experienced conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) confident in running your own matters independently.Be approachable, organised, and comfortable engaging directly with clients to deliver a high standard of service.Benefits
