Conveyancer

My client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy Property team in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and growing law firm, managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload while benefiting from flexible hybrid working and genuine career progression. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Transfers of equity • Remortgages • New build transactions • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors • Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the transaction • Managing matters from instruction through to completion • Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance • Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service Requirements • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently • Strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions • Excellent client care and communication skills • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple matters • Proactive and commercially minded approach • Experience using case management systems would be advantageous What''s on Offer • Competitive annual leave entitlement, with additional leave available for long service • Option to buy or sell annual ..... full job details .....
