The role is suited to individuals who are confident working at pace, comfortable with direct client and agent communication, and able to manage files independently.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion• Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents and third parties to progress transactions• Work closely with support teams to maintain efficiency and workflow• Deliver a high standard of client service and communication throughoutRequirements:• Experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or Conveyancing Executive)• Ability to manage a caseload independently• Strong communication skills with a confident ..... full job details .....
