You''ll oversee the full conveyancing process with confidence, care, and attention to detail.Responsibilities

Conducting property searches and due diligenceDrafting contracts and other legal documentsLiaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transactionProviding expert advice on property law and regulationsEnsuring compliance with all relevant legal requirementsThe opportunity to manage your own conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, and ideally transfers of equity)What can you expect in return?
