The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. You will handle sales, purchases, leases, assignments and refinancing, working closely with clients and other professionals throughout. This role is well suited to a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who can confidently manage their own caseload and deliver an excellent client service. Experience with LEAP would be an advantage. Responsibilities will include Manage a full caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, assignments, and refinancing. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, transfer deeds, and ancillary documentation. Conduct detailed title investigations, raise enquiries, and resolve legal issues proactively. Order and interpret property searches, including local authority, environmental, drainage, and utilities searches.
