The Conveyancer works closely with clients, property agents, mortgage providers and other legal professionals to facilitate the sale, purchase or remortgage of residential or commercial properties. Key Duties and Responsibilities Conduct thorough property searches, including local authority, environmental and water searches, to identify any issues affecting the property. Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documentation related to property transactions. Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide regular updates on transaction progress.
