Operating at the Birmingham site, you will be responsible for the design and technical support of industrial control panels and moreThis is a fantastic opportunity with a multi-national welding company who supply to some the biggest names in the world Role: Control Systems EngineerOffice Location: BirminghamSalary: 55,000 - 60,000 The key responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer role will be:Design, develop, and implement software for industrial control systems within automation, robotics, and machinery environments.Program PLCs, HMIs, and real-time motion control systems for both hydraulic and electric drive applications.Integrate systems across multiple devices and communication protocols (e.g. industrial Ethernet networks).Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design details, and test procedures.Support commissioning activities at customer sites, including occasional international travel and short-notice assignments.Contribute to the full software lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, testing, and deployment.Assist with additional tasks as required to support overall project delivery and team objectives.The key requirements of the Control Systems Engineer will be:Strong experience with ..... full job details .....
