You will help build the operating rhythm, governance, and transparency needed to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution. As a Controls Strategy and Innovation - Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization, you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve execution discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes. Job responsibilities Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomes Support the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks Drive analytics and reporting ..... full job details .....
