Control Systems EngineerLocation: RotherhamSalary: £58,000Shift: Monday - Friday DaysBenefits:• 25 days'' holiday plus statutory days • Option to buy up to 5 additional holidays after probation • Flexible bank holiday scheme • Company pension contributions of up to 14% • Onsite gym • Westfield Health Cover, Level 4 • Free onsite parking • Recruitment referral bonus scheme • Cycle to Work scheme • Electric vehicle charging points • Employee volunteering days • Career development and progression opportunitiesWe are currently recruiting for a Control Systems Engineer to join an established manufacturing site in Rotherham.This is a project-focused role with some maintenance support, working on automation, PLC systems and improvements to production machinery.The role:• PLC programming and fault finding • Working with Allen Bradley Studio 5000 and Mitsubishi GX Works • PLC, HMI and SCADA systems • Supporting automation and control system improvements • Managing electrical and controls projects from installation through to commissioning • Working with contractors and suppliers • Root cause analysis and fault finding • Supporting maintenance and production teams • Improving machinery, processes and equipment • Working with instrumentation and 4-20mA signals • Recording work using the site''s maintenance system • Occasional overseas travelYou will need:• HNC, HND or equivalent engineering qualification • Strong electrical and control systems experience • PLC programming experience • ..... full job details .....
