CandI EngineerSalary: Up to £70k plus 15% BonusLocation: AltonHours: Monday - Friday 7.30am -4.30pmJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a dedicated CandI Engineer to coordinate the maintenance and improvement of process control systems and safety systems at the Humbly Grove Establishment. This role is crucial for ensuring safe and efficient operations and requires a professional with a strong background in engineering and project management.Day-to-day of the role:Identify areas for plant improvement and develop project work scopes and schedules for the Engineering Department.Design and implement new process control systems and safety systems as part of capital projects.Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets with respect to CandI activities, ensuring effective and cost-efficient performance.Take financial responsibility for small single-function CandI Projects.Act as Lead Engineer for site functional safety, including development, maintenance, and support.Review and improve Safety Instrumented Systems and process control systems to ensure compliance with international standards.Produce key deliverables such as SIL verification documents and Safety Requirement Specifications.Specify, test, and commission SIS and Control Systems upgrades.Ensure instrumentation hazardous area design and installation complies with industry regulations.Provide technical support to operations, including diagnosis, root cause analysis, and implementation of remedial work.Provide leadership, direction, and ..... full job details .....
