As a result of continued success and a planned programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Controls Engineer to complement their established professional team and deliver machine control system solutions allied to a range of automated machinery-based projects. Tasked with writing and developing software, PLC and HMI coding for various automation projects, as a Controls Engineer you will also be responsible for the electrical design and creation of machine control system solutions for special purpose automated machinery projects. Other duties will include delivering control and safety systems that comply with the requirements of the machinery directive and appropriate applicable standards, and electrical system design, selection of components and generating detailed circuit diagrams as required.
