Controls Engineer

The business has built an outstanding reputation for designing and manufacturing advanced processing technology, combining automation, controls engineering and robotics to deliver highly efficient production systems. Due to continued growth across both domestic and international markets, the business is looking to recruit a Software Engineer to join its specialist controls and software team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on state-of-the-art food processing equipment, developing software solutions that control advanced cooking, cooling and robotic systems deployed globally. This role would suit a Software Engineer with experience in PLC programming who enjoys working on bespoke machinery, automation projects and developing innovative control solutions. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical and controls engineers throughout the full project lifecycle, from development and testing through to commissioning and customer support.
