Double Days – 39 Hours Per Week – Some Day Shifts
We are looking for an electrical/controls engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Leamington Spa. This role will be a mixture of both PLC controls fault finding and modification and reactive/planned maintenance on industrial machinery.
This role is ideal for an electrically bias maintenance engineer with PLC fault finding/modification experience looking to progress into a controls engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across site equipment.
- PLC Modification/Fault Finding – Programming not required
- Perform diagnostics, testing, and system debugging on a range of equipment including robots and field devices.
- Maintain site facilities (e.g., boilers, chillers, compressors, lighting, fire systems, building infrastructure).
- Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activities in our computer systems.
- Support commissioning and development of new equipment or plant modifications.
- Uphold high standards of safety, hygiene, and organisation in the maintenance department.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to end users.
What We Are Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with robots and PLC Interrogation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical electrical drawings.
- Resilient under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety and environmental best practices.
