The role will involve working on warehouse automation, conveyor and materials-handling projects, including PLC control, electrical panels, sensors, motors and integration with higher-level software systems. Controls Engineer Responsibilities Design, build, commission and support industrial automation systems. Work on warehouse automation, conveyor and materials-handling projects. PLC control work plus hands-on electrical/control involvement (panels, sensors, motors, VFDs). Fault-find electrical and PLC-controlled equipment. Carry out testing, commissioning and customer-site support. Support integration of PLC systems with higher-level software systems where required.
