What you''ll doAssess control design and operating effectiveness through testing, walkthroughs and process reviews.Identify and document operational risks, control weaknesses, process gaps, root causes and business impacts.Maintain control inventories, risk assessments and assurance documentation across key operational areas.Monitor remediation plans, ensuring identified issues are appropriately managed and resolved.Partner with business stakeholders on thematic reviews, governance activities and strengthening risk management practices.Provide evidence-based risk reporting and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and overall control effectiveness.What you bringExperience in audit, risk, controls, compliance or financial services operations.Background within a regulated financial services environment.Knowledge of FCA requirements and operational risk frameworks.Experience with control assessments, testing, ..... full job details .....
