This is an opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple industries, working on control systems from initial concept through to commissioning.

The role

• Develop and modify PLC software using Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7 and/or Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix.
• Design and configure HMI and SCADA applications.
• Support control system design, integration and testing across a varied project portfolio.
• Carry out fault finding, commissioning and system optimisation.
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.
• Support FAT and SAT activities and produce technical documentation.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a Controls, Automation or PLC Engineering role.
• Strong programming skills with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• An understanding of industrial control systems, electrical drawings and communications networks.
• A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a project team.

Experience in any of the sectors above would be valuable, with transferable controls and automation skills welcomed.
