Job Title: Controller

Location: Cottenham, Cambridgeshire

Salary: up to -35,000p.a. DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 05:30pm

Contract Type: Full time, permanent-

Sector: Customer Service & Office Support- / Logistics

Our client based in Cottenham-is seeking a Controller-to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Controller-your duties will include:

• Routing vehicles for deliveries
• Answering incoming calls
• Processing bookings on system
• Quoting
• Monitoring progress of work, updating customers
• Checking invoices
• Upselling services where possible
• General administration as required.

An ideal candidate for the Controller-will have:-

• Previous experience routing vehicles for deliveries
• Good communication skills, verbal & written
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good organisational skills.
