What You Will Do: - Develop and maintain Verification and Validation plans for battery control software and hardware.- Own and manage requirements related to certification, including compliance with standards like REG.100 and UN38.3.- Set up and manage Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test environments.- Design, build, and maintain test benches and procedures for automated and manual testing.- Execute integration testing of supervisory controllers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Cell Monitoring Units (CMUs).- Analyse test results, identify issues, and drive resolution through root cause analysis and collaboration.
