Our client operates within a highly regulated chemical manufacturing environment, where reliable control systems are essential to maintaining safe, efficient and continuous production. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Control Systems Engineer with strong Siemens PCS7 and S7 PLC experience, combining control system design, fault-finding and process optimisation with the delivery of capital projects and ongoing plant improvements. The Role As Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving industrial control systems to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot complex control system issues, optimise batch manufacturing processes and support the successful delivery of engineering projects. The position also involves contributing to process safety, functional safety and regulatory compliance within a demanding chemical manufacturing environment.
