Control Systems Engineer

A growing engineering and manufacturing technology business is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join its expanding team. The company designs and delivers advanced automated equipment and process solutions used in high-performance manufacturing environments across a range of industries, including marine, aerospace, renewable energy and advanced composites. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical and control systems for automated manufacturing equipment. Create software solutions for machine control, monitoring, regulation and automation. Produce technical specifications, electrical designs, schematics and supporting documentation. Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies through to commissioning and customer handover. Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation. Research and implement new technologies and engineering solutions to improve equipment performance and manufacturing processes. Provide technical support and training to customers, both remotely and on-site. Collaborate with engineering, production and commercial teams to support project delivery and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and quality standards. Requirements Essential Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
