With a strong order book and continued investment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team working on technically challenging projects.The RoleAs a Controls Engineer, you''ll take ownership of the electrical design and delivery of bespoke automated machinery, working alongside mechanical, software and project engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Designing complete machine control systems for bespoke automation projects.Producing electrical schematics, control panel layouts and bills of materials using EPLAN.Selecting electrical components and ensuring compliance with relevant machine safety standards.Supporting machine risk assessments and CE compliance.Supervising electrical builds and supporting technicians during assembly.Fault finding, testing and commissioning machinery both in-house and at customer sites.Supporting machine installation, customer acceptance testing and after-sales technical support.Contributing to the development and standardisation of future control systems.Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal engineering ..... full job details .....
