Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommission a range of CNC machine tools.Test electrical control circuits and safety circuits.Configure, load and test PLC and CNC controls, mainly Siemens.Complete measuring system calibrations.Prepare machines for production trials.Load and test CNC systems, Siemens HMIs and servo drives.Design control circuits, including hardware and PLC systems.Functionally test machine tools against product and contract specifications.Ensure compliance with CE and UKCA requirements.Provide customer support.
